Interface, Icon, & Responsive Design

The Challenge |

A series of web based services intended to provide more convenience to the end user. The examples include a responsive website, an online appointment calendar, infographics, visitor kiosk, management systems, and an end user personal portal.  

My Role |

Working with the team to identity the goals for our web based applications, then discover the end-user’s expectations and possible behaviors based on the data gathered from analytics, persona creations, and other research. After which I determined a protocol for the designs, keeping branding an accessibility in mind. Finally I created mockups, work flows and provided prototypes to my developers. 

The Results |

We maintain open channels between the end-users and the design team, allows us to provide customization to our audiences. This unique relationship assures our projects will ever be adaptive and scalable.
